We offer full refunds for new, unused merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Email us at [email protected] to initiate a refund.
All eligible returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and be in the original packaging, including tags and stickers. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment/card. If we are unable to refund to the original payment store credit will be issued instead. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Please be careful while trying on apparel as all items must be returned in new and unused condition.
We will exchange any item for a like item. If there is a cost difference you will be responsible for paying the difference. To initiate an exchange email us at [email protected].
Return shipping and shipping for the new item are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged and Defective Items
We stand by the products we sell. We will replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. All damaged and defective returns must be approved by us prior to being returned. During this process, we may ask for evidence of the damage or defect. In the instance we need to send you a replacement for a damaged item, the cost to return the defective item and the shipping of the replacement item will be covered by us.
All sales on clearance items are FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for return.
